How to Make Something from Nothing
I moved into a house about two years ago. I am really proud of the changes that I have made to the home since I have moved in. Now I am ready to tackle the nearly ¼ acre of “jungle” that exists outside my doorstep. I have no idea what to do or who can answer my questions.
In my ¼ acre, what do I want to do with that space? Do I create a yard? Or do I want landscaping? Frankly I just don’t know what to do and I need some landscaping ideas!
Once I thought about yard landscaping, I realized I was on to something big. I have to make a choice where the garden beds can be and the lawn can be. Since it’s my space, and I rely on the old-fashioned form of English measurement to determine not only space I have, but also how I measure it.
So my plan is, with the help of Teacup Gardener to create some lovely flower bed space, as well as lots of grassy areas because I get plenty of sun.
